By simply filling out the form, you will receive custom product ideations that will meet the needs of your program. The dimensional weight of the package and the distance from the sender address to the final delivery destination will impact the total cost of shipping. Please note that we use a variety of specialized vendors to produce branded merchandise assortments; therefore, items within your order could be produced by different vendors and result in multiple shipments.
All orders placed through webergearshop.com can be viewed under your account. You can search using the different orders status options or by using the Order ID that is received at the time of placing your order.

If you received an incorrect item or if there is a quality issue with your order, please send images to webergearshop@admgroup.com or visit the “Contact Us” page and submit your return request. Otherwise, no returns are accepted. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 business day after an order is placed. For orders cancelled after 1 business day fees will apply, which may include restocking, production, materials, and shipping fees incurred up until the date of the receipt of a written notice.
