Return Policy

Non-Defective Returns:

Buyer may return authorized non-defective merchandise subject to a 20% restocking fee, if: Merchandise is in new condition, suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all its original parts and it has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged.

Special orders or non‐stock items may ONLY be returned if the manufacturer will accept the return. For returns from the buyer a credit memorandum will be issued for authorized returns and shall be subject to the following deductions: (a) cost of putting items in salable condition; (b) transportation charges, if not prepaid; and (c) handling and restocking charges. Merchandise used is not authorized for return.

Buyer must contact seller within thirty (30) days of receiving the goods via the following process:

  1. Buyer must email the filled out return document to returns@lapineinc.com with the Sales Order # the item, the reason, and whether they want an exchange or return.
  2. Please, at the time of submitting your request to returns, make sure the following information is provided when filling out the return form:
    1. Sales Order #
    2. Item #
    3. QTY that is defective
  3. If you are shipping with your return label, please make sure to share tracking information by emailing returns@lapineinc.com. All shipments are expected to be shipped with the Return Authorization form for quicker processing.
  4. Please note that all refunds and credits are provided seven business days after receiving at the warehouse.
  5. Note the Return Authorization and shipping label provided to you are only valid for 30 days after 30 days the Return Authorization, and the label will not be valid.
  6. No return of goods will be accepted without the Seller’s Return Authorization written approval.


Damages and Shortages:

The buyer should inspect all goods at the time of receipt before signing for the delivery. Any damaged goods or shortage claims must be reported to seller within two (2) business days of delivery. The buyer should contact the seller at Compliance@LapineInc.com and follow the following process

  1. Please, at the time of submitting your request to returns, make sure the following information is provided when filling out the return form:
    1. Sales Order #
    2. Item #
    3. QTY that is damaged or short
  2. Please make sure to provide the following information to process your request within the 24 hour service level agreement.


Defective Merchandise:

Defective merchandise claims must be made in writing to the seller within thirty (30) days of receiving goods via the below return authorization process.

  1. Please, at the time of submitting your request to returns, make sure the following information is provided when filling out the return form:
    1. Sales Order #
    2. Item #
    3. QTY that is defective
  2. Email the return form to returns@lapineinc.com

Merchandise returns without this prior authorization of return will not be accepted or eligible for a credit. All merchandise should be returned to the seller in its original manufacturers packaging along with all parts, accessories, and original paperwork.


Imprinted Merchandise:

If an imprinted item is defective, the buyer must contact the seller within three (3) business days, via the following return authorization process returns@lapineinc.com

  1. Please, at the time of reaching out, make sure the following information is provided:
    1. Sales Order #
    2. Item #
    3. QTY that is desired to be returned

Non-defective imprinted merchandise is not authorized for return.
